With over two decades of experience as a teacher in both formal classrooms and informal outdoor settings, I’ve seen firsthand how time in nature can inspire curiosity, build resilience, and foster a deeper sense of well-being. Whether I’m leading a hike, guiding a wellness retreat, or creating intergenerational learning opportunities, my goal is to help people slow down, engage their senses, and rediscover their place in the natural world. I believe that when we deepen our relationship with nature, we also strengthen our connection to ourselves and our communities.
